Sea Moss is a Sea algae that grows in warm water and comes in green, purple or golden. It grows in the ocean attached to rocks. Sea Moss is full of minerals which provides essential nutrition to the body. We use Golden Sea Moss which allows minerals to be effective at the cellular level.  

Green Sea Moss has Chlorophyll.

Purple Sea Moss has more antioxidants.

Irish Moss comes from the cold waters of Ireland and Canada.
